I stumbled upon a neat Firefox extension called Brief last night.It is RSS feed aggregator.Which has made keeping up with all the 29 blogs that follow on a daily basis so much easier.
There was a person on Konaweb who feels that the Coupe’s are not getting fair compensation for 1,500 feet of their land. I strongly feel that Judge Ibarra’s determination that the Coupe’s should receive $ 162,205 in compensation is fair. Especially since their property is landlocked with no roadway access.
I would appreciate some feedback on this. Do you think the Coupe’s received fair compensation for 1,500 feet of their land ?
On a related note, I stumbled upon the final environmental impact statement document for the Hokulia bypass last night.

The amount of compensation wasn’t part of the Coupe’s appeal. The value is determined by experts (apparaisers). Hard to believe that an anonymous post on the internet is wrong, I know!
