I found out today that Oceanic Time Warner Cable no plans for the time being to roll out symmetrical 100Mbps/100Mbps FTTH service outside of Hualalai Resort.I did ask the lady to keep me in the loop if they ever expanded the service. I also asked her how much the service would cost. She said she would find out and let me know.
I’ve still heard nothing about Hokulia restructuring their finances.Back in May, Hokulia said that a restructuring deal was imminent. But two months have already passed and still no restructuring deal.
On related note, hopefully the Hawaii Supreme Court will render a quick ruling in regards to Charles & Joan Coupe’s appeal.Which is blocking the completion of the Hokulia bypass. I’ve been checking the Hawaii Supreme Court’s oral arguments docket on a daily basis to see if any oral arguments have been scheduled for this appeal . In my view the quicker this appeal is dispositioned, the sooner this much needed road can be completed.
