Ian Birnie did not give a time for when it might be ready.  Tell me it's ready and I'll give you the three harbor routing idea for one and later two or more vessels that will make it work, with Nawiliwili left out for good.  HSF doesn't need Kauai to work.  In fact, the optimal routes exclude Kauai.  Better than anything HSF has thus far proposed.
